we should address the elephant in the room: smart privilege!

smart people are out-earn dumb people by a factor of 10x-100x-1000x. it's also well known that smart people are often exploited dumb people historically, and smart people are still keep exploiting dumb people now. tech corporations are exclusively hiring people with smart privileges, and they often reject dumb candidates who don't have a smart privilege. is it okay to let people who born with smart privilege to have it all and oppress dumb people with their intelligence? shouldn't we set up a committee to fight until we achieve 50-50% representation of smart and dumb people at every teams in every corporations? shouldn't we setup dumb quotas to enforce corporations to hire dumb people too? #equality
